GLAAD Social Media Safety Index
In my former role as a research analyst with the communications firm Goodwin Simon Strategic Research (GSSR), I led methodology development and research for GSSR's partnership with GLAAD on the organization's Social Media Safety Index. For this work, I collaborated closely with GLAAD's Social Media Safety Team on developing the Platform Scorecard. Drawing on best practices developed by Ranking Digital Rights (RDR), the Platform Scorecard holds leading social media platforms accountable regarding their respect for LGBTQ+ users' online expression and safety. I continue to work closely with GLAAD on this important effort to help make social media safer for the LGBTQ+ community.

Life Designer Coach Academy
More recently, I started advising programs training future life and career coaches on how to make the coaching space more inclusive for LGBTQ+ people. As part of this work, I previously provided consulting services for the Life Designer Coach Academy, a training certification program for spiritual coaches.
